We offer various types of health screenings, bloof tests and examinations. DOT physicals. camp physicals, and sports physicals, employment health physical, and pre surgical clearances
Weight loss helps your body feel better, and you are less likely to develop chronic, life-threatning diseases such as: Diabetes, Heart disease, High blood oressure, High cholesterol, and Sleep apnea. We offer an FDA approved injectable treatment called Wegovy Semaglutide.
Initial Office Visit – $299
Includes exam and blood work (First 4 weeks injection cost included with initial exam)
Follow up Office Visits – $80
(Plus the cost of Semaglutide)
Semaglutide – $150 – $450
(Depending on dose) for a 4-week supply
